Eligibility Criteria
- Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR)
- Promoter equity contribution (typically 20%–35% of total project cost)
- Required statutory, municipal, environmental and regulatory clearances
- Sound business vintage and track record of promoters/parent company

- Last 3 years audited financial statements of the company/promoters
- Land ownership/lease documents, civil contractor estimates and machinery quotations
